A Look Inside My Christmas

I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas with family and friends, and looking forward to celebrating the New Year. After returning from my two week holiday to Mexico, it was a huge rush to buy presents, get the house ready, all in the week in the run up to Christmas. Although it was exciting, not forgetting how great it was not having to jump back into reality straight away was just what I needed. Here is a few snapshots of what my Christmas looked like.

I live in Leeds and spend it with my boyfriend, given that it was the first year in our lovely new home that we just bought. The morning was full of drinking Eggnog (or Snowballs as some like to call them), opening presents and getting ready for dinner, putting on my best wear. We had so much food to eat, I would move after a good few hours, whilst watching numerous Christmas films and programmes and still eating my full from the left overs.

Our Christmas staff party was in the Leeds Club, was lovely, joined by fellow blogger Mode Lily and friend Emily (in Picture above). The lovely presents I got consisted of a Michael Kors handbag, DKNY purse, GHD air hairdryer, Benefit make-up, clothes, PJ's and hundreds of chocolates, plus many more. I'm a lucky girl, although I wouldn't resist the sales myself buying myself a Michael Kors rose gold watch. Can you tell that I'm in love with Michael Kors at the minute? Thought so :)

One thing I loved about this year was the decorations around Leeds for the festive period, didn't they look nice? Special mentions go to the Trinty, Victoria Quarter and the German Christmas Market.

Whilst I extremely missed my family in Ireland this Christmas, I have a week booked to go back home on the 3rd Jan, which I'm excited about. Christmas is not over for me just yet!

What did you get up to this Christmas? What was your highlights?

  1. What gorgeous gifts! Love MK and DKNY! :)

  2. I love what you got, your watch is gorgeous - is the GHD dryer any good though?

  5. That fireplace looks so inviting! Especially with the tree right next to it, and the stockings hung on it. I wish I had a fireplace like that!
