Colour Trend - 3 Ways to Wear Green

As an women from the land of Eire, green is a lucky colour for us Irish. Its now been one week since Saint Paddy's Day, where people around the world dressed up in our nations colours, attended parades to celebrate how awesome us Irish are :), well I meant to say Saint Patrick himself. However lets face it green isn't ones first colour, so this post aims show you how you can wear green 3 ways during Spring and Summer 2014.

Green Colour Trend: Day Chic

Dress: House of Frazer 'Izabel London' £20, Bag and Shoes: New Look both £19.99

This green polka dot dress is fabulous for those summer Sunday lunches out with family or with the girls. I chosen tan cork sandals and bag to give the dress a little lift, plus its a good colour combo for spring. A tip for those who like wearing heels, cork heels are thee most comfortable shoes to wear, I would recommend that everyone invests in a few pairs of the summer months and you will say buy to blisters.

Green Colour Trend: Elegant Chic

Jeans: USC £8.99, Shoes: New Look £17.99, Bag: Dorthy Perkins £18, Top: Kiomi £35

I love this outfit, the dark green jeans compliments the bring vibrant silky blouse, perfect to give you that smart but elegant chic look. The ankle heel wedges are bag on trend for spring and summer, they give you that minimalist but stylish look. The Tote bag is a perfect match for the shoes, to blend with the overall outfit. One tip for wearing a vibrant colour in an outfit it is to make a statement with one item in your outfit, if you go too overboard with bright colour they will likely clash resulting in a wardrobe malfunction.

Green Colour Trend: Party Chic

Dress: Topshop £35, Shoes: New Look £27.99 Clutch Bag: New Look £15.99

Emerald green and black lace are simply stunning together. I chosen the plain green boob tube dress so I could recommend the statement party black shoes to go with them. Need I say anymore??
